Terms of Service

Install or open Castle and you are agreeing to the terms that follow. They are here to keep the service lawful, steady, and fair for everyone who leans on it, and they run under the laws of the Republic of India, including the Copyright Act, 1957.

What Castle is

At heart, Castle is a search index and a neutral aggregator. Its work is to find and arrange links to content that is already public on third-party platforms across the open internet. Under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, Castle stands as a passive intermediary protected by Safe Harbor: it hosts nothing, uploads nothing, and stores no media on its own servers. Every title, stream, and poster you reach stays the property of its rightful owner under the Copyright Act, 1957.

The devices it runs on

Castle is made for Android, and only Android: phones, Android Smart TVs, and Firestick devices. There is no build for iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV, and none is coming. If you would rather watch on a Windows or Mac computer, an Android emulator such as BlueStacks or LDPlayer will run the app, though whatever happens inside that emulator falls outside the support we offer.

Getting the app safely

One rule guards you above all others: download Castle only from our official website. When your device asks whether to permit an install from outside the Play Store, weigh the question, say yes only for a file taken from our official site, and put the setting back afterwards if you like. Copies floating around Telegram, unofficial stores, or the space beneath videos are not ours, and we cannot answer for what they do once they reach your device.

Who Castle is for

The index is wide and unfiltered, so Castle is meant for adults aged 18 and above. Where a younger member of the household watches, it should be only with a parent or guardian present. On a screen the household shares, a living-room television or a Firestick, the adult who owns the device carries responsibility for whatever plays on it, and for keeping watch over who may use it.

The rules of use

Your licence is personal and non-commercial. Do not resell or charge others for access, do not decompile or alter the APK, do not embed our player or streams in another site, and do not turn automated tools on the directory. Crossing any of these lines ends your access at once and for good, and in serious cases the matter may travel further under the law.

When the night gets busy

Castle comes to you “as is” and “as available”, with no promise it will never stumble. What you watch flows from third-party hosts and rides on your own connection. On the biggest nights, an IPL final or a World Cup match, those hosts can strain under the whole country at once, and some providers slow or block traffic of their own accord. Buffering, downtime, and the data spent in the process are not ours to carry. Disputes belong to the courts of New Delhi or Mumbai, and questions are welcome through the contact centre on our official website.
