Legal Disclaimer

Before Castle takes its place in your evenings, it helps to know where our responsibility ends and yours begins. Putting the app on your Android phone, television, or Firestick means you accept the limits set out below, so give them the minute or two they ask for.

The content was never ours

Castle is an automated index of public links, and it owns, licenses, and controls none of the films, broadcasts, or posters within it. Each belongs to its rights holder, and a link in our directory is no mark of ownership, partnership, or endorsement. Whether a stream is lawful where you are, accurate, or worth your time rests with whoever hosts it, not with us. Should you want a link looked at, our DMCA & Copyright Policy is the route for it.

You watch at your own risk

Castle reaches you “as is” and “as available”, with no warranties of any kind, spoken, implied, or written into law, including any implied promise of fitness for a particular purpose. Devices do as devices will: they warm, their batteries tire, their storage fills, and apps now and then collide. If any of that meets your use of Castle, on a device of any age, the loss is not ours to make good. Running the app through a desktop emulator brings that emulator's own troubles, and those, too, lie beyond us.

The warning to hold onto

This is the line to carry with you. Fake and “cracked” copies of Castle drift through unofficial app stores, Telegram channels, the space beneath YouTube videos, and file-sharing sites, and any of them may conceal spyware, ransomware, or code that quietly logs what you type, passwords and card numbers among it. Whatever a counterfeit does to you rests with those who built and installed it, not with us. The one safe source is our official website; if yours came from elsewhere, uninstall it now and run a full security scan before you type another password.

The part that rests with you

A fair share of your safety is your own to keep. Hold your device updated, take the app only from our official website, and stay wary of any outside link or advertisement that asks for personal or payment details. We cannot govern another site's conduct, so a little care from you counts for a great deal. If a corner of the app looks wrong, or a page you reach feels unsafe, pause and check before going on.

Ads and the world outside

Advertising keeps Castle free, and its banners come from outside networks whose wares we neither test nor endorse. The moment you tap an ad or an indexed link, you have stepped out of the app and onto another site, where pop-ups, cookies, sign-ups, and purchases follow that site's rules and not ours. Read the terms and privacy policy of wherever you arrive before you commit, and take special care before entering any payment details.

No promise of a perfect stream

How well a thing plays depends on outside hosts and on your internet provider, and neither answers to Castle. Slow spells during a live cricket peak, congestion on your network, throttling an ISP chooses to apply, the data your plan bills you for, each is real, each beyond our reach, and none of it something we can refund. This disclaimer may change over time, with the copy on our official website always the one that governs, and nothing here or in the app is legal, financial, or professional advice.
